Project 02

Create customizable therapy tools

Building tools that a therapist or client can shape to fit the way they actually work, instead of forcing the work to fit a rigid template.

Draws on patterns tracked in Language Notes — a running record of how language expression shows up, and shifts, in writing.

Reference material, gathered live: a real executive-dysfunction "short-circuit" episode, logged in Progress Notes (Session 16), plus a comparison chart built while researching automated tools for in-the-moment regulation. Real cases like this are exactly what should shape a tool built for this.

Task: combine what Tiimo and Wysa each do well — visual planning, and in-the-moment calming — into one tool, instead of needing both separately.
